A life of faith

Olympus is remembered among the Seventy Apostles and as a disciple of Peter. His received life joins him with Rodion, another disciple of Peter, in martyrdom by beheading at Rome under Nero.

The Eastern Orthodox Church remembers saints in prayer and commemoration. Their lives offer examples for Christians learning to live their faith.
