A life of faith

Quadratus was born while his mother sought refuge from persecution. After her death, Christians cared for him. He became a physician and later withdrew with companions. Brought before the authorities at Corinth, he confessed his Christian faith and was executed.

The Eastern Orthodox Church remembers saints in prayer and commemoration. Their lives offer examples for Christians learning to live their faith.

A reflection

Quadratus used his medical learning to care for people. Consider how a skill you already have could meet a neighbor’s need.
